The Road Map of Providence

Week 3: " Whose Heart?" Series

We love clarity.

We want the full plan.The timeline.The exact outcome!

But God doesn’t usually give us the whole map.

He gives us trust.

God Sees What You Can’t

While we’re trying to figure out what’s next, God already sees the entire road ahead.

The turns.The delays.The open doors. And even the things meant to protect you.

Matthew 6 says:“Your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.”

Before you pray. Before you worry. Before you even realize it.

He already knows.

Providence: He Sees and Provides

God’s nature is this—He sees ahead and provides accordingly.

Not too late. Not just randomly. Not carelessly.

Intentionally.

There are moments in life where things shift suddenly…

and later you realize: That wasn’t luck.

That was protection.That was guidance.That was God!

When You Don’t Have the Full Picture

We only see in part.

God sees in full.

That’s the tension.

And this is where trust gets tested—not in the easy moments, but in the waiting.

In the unknown. In the “this doesn’t make sense yet.”

God Is Still Working

Romans 8:28 says:“God works all things together for good…”

Not just some things. Not just the good things.

All things. All the detours. All the delays. All the mistakes. 

God has a way of weaving everything into something meaningful.

Hidden Treasure

Sometimes the greatest things in your life are found in places you never would’ve chosen.

Isaiah 45 says, God gives “treasures in darkness.”

Meaning this: There are things you can only discover because you walked through certain seasons in your life.

Not everything is meant to be avoided. Some things are meant to be revealed.

Do you want the directions?

Well, you may not have the full roadmap…

But you are not directionless.

God sees ahead. God is involved. God is working.

And even now— He is aligning things for your good.

Stay the path.
